ITS PRIME – OPEN DAY SMARTECH’24

Pafasystem has opened the doors to ITS Prime Tech Academy!

For the first time, a course from the ITS Prime Foundation is presented in a company in Prato, in our factory.

The ITS Prime Tech Academy Foundation was founded in 2011 by the Ministry of Education and the Tuscany Region and offers highly specialized and professionalizing post-diploma training.

All ITS Prime courses are designed and created based on the needs of local companies, and this contributes to ensuring that almost 100% of ITS Prime students find work in roles similar to their studies one year after graduation.

“It makes us very proud to collaborate to organize a course in Prato, one of the most important business realities in Tuscany, also because this course trains professionals capable of immediately integrating into the Prato industrial context – said the president of ITS Prime Ludovica Fiaschi – The boys and girls who graduate from the two-year Smartech24 program will be able to be hired in companies producing, maintaining and designing machines for the textile and fashion sectors. Obviously, all this is only possible thanks to the dense network of partnerships in the area, starting from those stipulated with companies, with Confindustria Toscana Nord and with the training agency Formetica”.

Hosting this event is part of the philosophy and values ​​linked to social responsibility, values ​​that Pafasystem has been pursuing for some time now. We strongly believe in the contribution that young people can make to the company; the freshness and modernity of their approach to work are precious values.
