Pitti Immagine Filati January 2026

The 98th edition of Pitti Filati took place from January 21st to 23rd, 2026. The international knitwear community gathered at the Fortezza da Basso in Florence for three days of work, networking, and meetings, during which the spinning industry took center stage, ready to showcase creativity and innovation.

The key word for this fair was “Motion,” because our work is in motion, transformation, storytelling, and progression. A dynamic dimension in a rapidly evolving global market.

103 exhibitors, including brands and companies, 18 of which came from abroad (UK, Japan, Turkey, China, Peru, Hong Kong, USA, Romania, and Australia), showcased trends for the upcoming Spring/Summer 2027 season.

Also noteworthy is the Spazio Ricerca, curated by Angelo Figus together with Carrie Hollands and Manuela Sandroni, whose theme is LINK, a liquid journey through the history of signs and ink that, as a primordial art form, reaches the present day and projects itself into the future.
